| Abstract: | Using milk as the main raw material, a new type of neutral beverage of milk with rich nutrition and containing the proper flavor of alcohol is developed. As a result of trials, the technical process is developed and the optimum formula of the beverage with the above-mentioned technical and the factors which would effect the condition and flavor of the product. |
