磁悬浮开关磁阻电动机研究

摘    要:磁悬浮开关磁阻电机是高速电机领域的一个研究热点。分析了磁悬浮开关磁阻电机的基本原理,对电机数学模型的发展进行了详细的论述,在考虑和不考虑转子偏心的情况下对磁悬浮开关磁阻电机的磁场作了有限元分析和计算。有限元分析结果验证了电机数学模型的有效性。还介绍了磁悬浮开关磁阻电机空载和负载的实验情况,针对磁悬浮电机的非线性、多变量、强耦合的特点引进了一些先进的解耦控制算法。仿真结果验证了各控制算法的可行性。

Abstract:Bearingless switched reluctance motors(BSRM)obtain great attention in the domain of high-speed motor.This paper points out the significance of the research and analyzes the main principle of BSRM.The development of BSRM's mathematic model is described in detail.For BSRM's magnetic field,the finite element analysis(FEA)is done considering the rotor displacement or not and the FEA results prove the validity of BSRM's mathematic model.The paper introduces the factual BSRM experiment under no load and full load.For the nonlinear,multivariable and severely coupled BSRM system,some advanced decoupling control algorithms are used.The simulation results show the feasibility of these control algorithms.
