| 摘 要： | 针对凸轮轴批量生产过程中产品质量的快速检测问题,在对凸轮轴进行特征分解的基础上,运用"模板匹配"算法对凸轮型线进行匹配,并利用VC++和后台数据库,开发了一套高速、精确,支持产品型号扩充的凸轮轴质量检测系统.详细阐述了型线匹配的原理和方法,同时基于特征分解实现了运行时算法的选定,最后给出了应用实例.
