玻璃涂层在线监测系统的研究

摘    要:玻璃涂层在线检测系统是为湿膜厚度在线测量而设计的测量系统,系统在线实时测量多种规格的物体表面喷涂的玻璃涂层的湿膜厚度,为产品烘干后,干膜厚度控制提供依据。针对以往玻璃涂层在线检测系统的优缺点、科技的进步和新工作环境的需要,设计了一套新的玻璃涂层在线检测系统,其特点主要是:对喷涂的物体形状要求不高;在线实时测量,数据反馈及时;多种参数同时检测,有利于提供产品的喷涂质量。

Abstract:Glass coating online detection system is a measuring system designed for the wet film thickness online measurement.Wet film coating of glass surface coating thickness on- line measurement system of various specifications, For the product after drying, dry film thickness control to provide a basis.The need for the coating of glass online detection system of advantages and disadvantages, the progress of science and technology and the new work environment, Design of a new glass coating online detection system.The main feature is the: On the spraying shape requirements is not high; Online real time measurement, data timely feedback; Simultaneous detection of multiplc parameters, to provide q uality paint products.
