摘    要:本文提出了采用二维有限元技术近似计算定子斜槽时电机内三维电磁场的新方法,阐述了其计算原理.基于此方法,建立了考虑定子斜槽时十二相(四Y移15°相带)同步发电机整流系统的非线性二维瞬态涡流"场-路"耦合方程,并对电机内的电磁场以及空载电势波形进行了计算,分析了定子斜槽对齿谐波电势的削弱作用,得出了与谐波磁导分析法完全相同的结论,验证了二维有限元技术计算斜槽电机内电磁场的可行性和有效性.

Abstract:A new approximate method, which applies 2D finite element technique to calculate 3D electromagnet field of skew-slot electrical machine, is introduced. Based on this method, the numerical technique of directly coupling the equations of transient eddy-current field and circuits is studied, and illustrative equations about its usages in the 12-phase synchronous generator-rectification system are established. Then, the transient voltage of a salient synchronous generator at no-load is calculated, and the regular pattern in which the damper winding affects the voltage waveform is analyzed. The results show that the damper winding can reduce the stator tooth harmonic components of voltage at no-load, and can strengthen the rotor tooth harmonic voltage components related to the damper winding pitch. These practical calculations demonstrate that this method is effective.
