| Abstract: | This article using phosphonic acid and tetrasodium phosphate mixed in a certain proportion as easter reagent,and carbamide as catalyst to prepare highly substituted corn starch phosphate monoeste by drying method,study the effect of different reaction condition on subsituted degree(DS) and teaction efficiency of starch phosphate monoester. |
