提金渣氯化焙烧提取金银的试验

摘    要:用氯化焙烧—水浸—氰化工艺对某提金渣进行了提取金、银的试验研究。试验结果表明:在氯化温度为500℃、氯化时间为60 min、NaCl的用量为10%时,金、银的浸出分别为66.41%、40.18%。在上述条件不变的情况下,氰化前进行干磨3 min,则金、银的浸出率可以达到72.30%、53.85%。

Abstract:Study on extraction of gold and silver from gold-extraction residue using the process of chloride roasting-water leaching-cyanidation.The results show that when the chloridizing temperature is 500℃,chloridizing time is 60 min,and the consumption of NaCl is 10%,the leaching rate of gold and silver is 66.41% and 40.18% respectively.If it was dry grinded for three minutes and then cyanided leaching on the same condition,the recoverable rate of gold and silver can reach 72.30% and 53.85% respectively.
