| 摘 要： | 在分析某炼油厂重油催化裂化装置表面蒸发空冷器结垢及腐蚀机理的基础上，通过不同工况下的应用试验研究了SBF-1缓蚀阻垢剂的防腐性能。介绍了SBF-1缓蚀阻垢剂在该炼油厂重油催化裂化装置表面蒸发空冷器的应用情况和采取的相应防护措施。

| Abstract: | The dirtied and corrosion mechanism of the surface evaporation air coolers in heavy oil catalysis unit of certain refinery were analyzed as a foundation. Then the experimental study was performed on SBF-1 damper dirt-resistance agent with its corrosion-resistance characters in different situations. SBF-1 used in surface evaporation air coolers in heavy oil catalysis unit of the refinery and corrosion protection method was introduced in the end. |
