摘 要: | 常用的稠油掺稀油降粘工艺包括开式反循环掺稀油和空心抽油杆掺稀油。这两种掺稀降粘方式对机抽系统的悬点载荷、杆柱应力分布、温度分布规律不同,因而在深层稠油举升中的适用性也不同。本文在建立计算模型的基础上,用吐鲁番油田实际数据进行了计算,证明开式反循环掺稀油工艺对于吐鲁番油田深层稠油举升更为实用。

RESEARCH ON HEAVY OIL LIFTING TECHNOLOGY IN DEEP WELL BY MIXING LIGHT OIL |

Abstract: | The heavy oil lifting technology by mixing light oil that is common used includes open countercurrent circulation and hollow rod mixing method. The two kinds of mixing methods have different effects on polished rod loading, rod stress distribution and temperature distribution which results in the applicability of two methods is different to heavy oil lifting in the deep well. This research set up a calculation model and calculated the parameters from Tulufan oil field. The calculation results proved that open countercurrent circulation mixing light oil technology is more applicable than hollow rod technology to deep heavy oil well of Tulufan Oil Field. |
