摘    要:双曲柄式渐开线少齿差行星齿轮传动,是一种性能优良的传动型式。它比一般渐开线少齿差传动体积小、重量轻、效率高、传动比大。近年来引起了国内外的重视。本文对该传动的性能、结构、原理做了简单介绍后,详细地叙述了该传动原理的二维动画片的设计和制作方法。并成功地制作了动画片。这对该传动形式的推广应用及教学实践都具有深远的意义。

Abstract:Double crank involute planetary gear drive with small tooth number differenceis a kind of gear drive with excellent function.Compared with K-H- V planetary transmission system, it has lighter weight,smaller size,higher efficiency and transmitting ratio. In recent years it has attracted special attention in domestic and foreign countries.General introduction of the drive function,structure,principle and the process of thecartoon design are given in this paper. Meanwhile,a PC-based video system isdeveloped to demonstrate how this new transmission system works.It is of great significance to both the populariying application and teaching practice.
