摘    要:介绍了二极管泵浦固体激光器(DPSSL)使用的一系列光学薄膜。由于DPSSL的泵浦波长与输出波长不同,泵浦方式、腔型结构及使用的激光材料种类繁多,因此所涉及的薄膜类型也多种多样,包括许多新型截止滤光片、增透膜、高反膜和偏振膜等。分析了此类薄膜元件设计和制备中的关键技术难题,同时对该领域国内外的研究现状进行了报道。

Abstract:A series of optical thin films for LD pumped all-solid-state laser are discussed. Because of the differences in pumped wavelength and the output wavelength, different kinds of pumping ways, resonator structure and laser crystals, there are so many kinds optical thin films, including novel edge filters,high reflection and antireflection coatings. The key problems are analyzed for designing and coating of optical thin film, and the investigation on this field all over the world is given.
