摘    要:借助化学分析、XRD,SEM及EDS等测试手段,对断裂失效的某发电厂冷凝器用锡黄铜管进行了分析.结果表明,断裂失效的原因主要是应力腐蚀和腐蚀疲劳.并根据断裂机理,提出了预防措施.

Abstract:The fracture failure of Sn-brass pipe steam condenser used in power plant is analyzed by chemical analysis,XRD analysis techniques,Scanning Electrical Microscopy(SEM) and Energy Dispersive Spectrum(EDS).The results show that stress corrosion and corrosion fatigue are the main causes for the fracture failure.According to the analysis,some significant precautionary measures are suggested.
