| Abstract: | The frequency changed energy-conservation principle and controlled principle about the water-pump in central air conditioning's system are expatiated.By combining a practical alteration project,the energy-conservation benefit is analyzed.As well the result shows that thetechnique of the water-pump' frequency changed is feasible,and the effect of energy-conservation is remarkable. |
