基于SolidWorks的鼓形齿联轴器参数化设计

摘    要:鼓形齿联轴器应用广泛,使用量大,而目前鼓形齿联轴器的设计还是采用传统的二维绘图方法,效率低。为了提高鼓形齿联轴器的开发速度,以Visual Basic编程为基础,综合采用SolidWorks二次开发技术、CAD参数化技术和数据库技术开发出鼓形齿联轴器CAD系统,实现了鼓形齿联轴器的参数化设计,满足市场快速和高效的需求。

Abstract:The application of crown gear couping(CGC)is extensively,and its usage is great,but the tradi- tional 2-Dimension drawing method is still adopted at present in the design of CGC.The efficiency is lowly. Based on VB programming,comprehensively utlizes SolidWorks technique,the parametric technique of CAD, the database technique in order to increase the development speed of CGC,and develops CGC CAD system. Parametric design of CGC is realized and meets the request efficiently and quickly.
