液化石油气储罐火灾模拟试验——喷射火焰环境下

摘    要:液化石油气储罐在火灾作用下,其内部的温度和压力迅速上升,从而会引起储罐爆炸,进而酿成危害性更大的二次灾害。为此,对液化石油气储罐在喷射火焰环境下的热响应情况进行了大量的模拟试验研究。研究发现,储罐在喷射火焰作用下热分层比池火灾更明显,储罐内部压力升高的速度比池火灾更快;储罐内部温度分布和压力响应同样受到储罐类型、充装水平等因素的影响。因此喷射火焰较之于池火灾具有更大的危险性,储罐更容易发生爆炸。

Abstract:When LPG tanks are exposed to external fire, their temperature and pressure will increase rapidly, which may cause the tanks exploding and lead the secondary hazard with much more damage. Therefore, many simulation tests are conducted for the thermal response of LPG tanks when they are exposed to the jet fire. It is found the stratification of temperature in the tanks under the action of jet fire is more obvious than that under the action of pool fire, and the pressure increasing in the tanks under the action of jet fire is more rapid than that under the action of pool fire. The temperature distribution and the pressure response are also affected by the factors such as the tank types and the filling levels etc. So, the jet fire is more dangerous than the pool fire. It can make the tanks exploding more easily.
