摘    要:本文通过干滑动磨损试验,系统地研究了经普通淬火和等温淬火处理的高碳铬轴承钢(GCr15)的干滑动磨损特性。研究结果表明,改变滑动条件会造成磨损作用机制的转化,而改变显微组织却只能影响磨损转化出现的快慢。研究还表明,与普通淬火处理工艺相比,等温淬火处理可使磨损转化的出现朝高载高速方向推移。

Abstract:The characteristics of the dry sliding wear were studied systematically by the testing of normal hardening and isothermal hardening treatment of high-carbon chromium bearing steel. The results indicated that the changing of the sliding conditions leads to the transition of the wear mechnism, i.e. the transition wear effect appears whilc the changing of microstracture only influences the rate of the transitionwear effect. The results also indicated that in comparison with the normal hardening treatment, the isothermal hardening results in the transition wear effect appearing in favour of higher load and speed.
