摘    要:合闸控制是船舶电站自动准同期并网的难点与关键所在.PLC系统实时采集差频三角波电压,以PLC的平均扫描周期作为差频电压采样周期的计时单位,根据相似三角形原理对合闸超前时间进行计算,快速、准确地捕捉合闸时机,实现发电机的自动准同期并网操作.在实训室电站的实际运行试验表明,此合闸方法可靠且装置成本低.

Abstract:Aim at the difficulty of estimating the switch-on time in automatic quasi-synchronization operation, a method of switch-on control based on PLC is introduced. PLC uses its scan cycle time to time, samples difference frequency triangular wave voltage and grasps switch-on opportunity rapidly and accurately according to the principle of analogous similar triangles. Practice proves this method is feasible. Moreover, it has the characteristics of low costs and high reliability.
