摘    要:葆莱绒/牛奶蛋白/天丝/棉混纺针织纱综合了4种纤维的优良特性,产品风格独特。文章重点对纺纱工艺流程和工艺参数进行了设计和优选,加强了车间温湿度的调控,有效解决了成纱毛羽多、棉结多等技术难题,提高了纱线质量。

Abstract:The blended knitting yarn of Borlar/milk protein/Tencel/cotton combines their fine characteristics of 4 different fibers and shows unique product style. This article focusses on the design and optimization of its spinning process flow and process parameters and on the strengthening temperature and humidity control in the workshop to reduce yarn hairiness and neps to improve the yam quality.
