| 摘 要： | 利用三维模拟软件Moldflow/MPI对MP3内、外壳双色注射成型过程进行模拟分析,对熔体充模时间、塑料熔体温度分布、塑件冷却温度和塑件翘曲进行分析比较,优化了双色注射成型工艺及模具设计。

| Abstract: | A two-component injection moulding process for an MP3 internal and external shell was simulated and analyzed using 3D modeling software Moldflow/MPI.The filling time and temperature distribution of melt,the cooling temperature and warping deformation of the plastic product were contrasted and the injection process and mould design were optimized. |
