| 摘 要： | 研究了纯铝酸钙水泥、二氧化硅和氧化铝混合超细粉及膨胀剂的加入量对浇注料物理性能与流动性的影响。认为在一定的工艺条件下，纯铝酸钙水泥加入量的增加，将降低浇注料的性能指标；而混合超细粉的加入量以４％－６％较为合适。此外，采用共磨细粉和特殊养护能有效地提高浇注料的性能指标。并发现在该工艺下制备的浇注料不加钢纤维的使用效果更好。

| Abstract: | The work studied the effects of pure calcium aluminate,superfine powders and expansion agent on the physical properties and fluidity of the castable.And the influence of curing methods and co-milling technology on properties of the castable was also analyized.The application result of the castable used in RH vacuum degasser was introduced.The castable producced by the technologies such as co-milling and special curing has better properties and without steel fiber added. |
