颤振球磨机整机模态分析研究

摘    要:以在垂直地面方向上加振动的试验球磨机为研究对象,用ANSYSWorkbench分析软件对颤振球磨机整机进行了模态分析,得到了整机前8阶的固有频率及其振型,为激振参数的选取提供了指导。得知激振频率必须避开第3~7阶的固有频率。分析结果表明,低阶频率接近于零,可以忽略;第3~7阶振型会影响球磨机的正常运动状态;第8阶振型主要是上支架产生扭曲变形,需要增加其刚度。该研究为故障诊断及结构优化提供了参考。

Abstract:A test ball mill coupled with vibration whose direction was perpendicular to the ground served as the study object,ANSYS Workbench was used to carry out the modal analysis of the flutter ball mill.Natural frequencies and vibration modes of preceding 8 modalities of the mill were obtained,which offered guidance for the selection of the excitation parameters.And then,it was concluded that the excitation frequency must avoid natural frequencies of order 3~7 modality.In addition,the analysis results showed:the frequencies of lower orders were close to zero,which could be ignored;vibration modes of order 3~7 modalities affected the normal operation of the ball mill;vibration mode of order 8 mainly caused distortion of the upper support,so its stiffness needed to reinforce.The study offered references for fault diagnosis and structural optimization.
