历史文化名村“三位一体”的保护思路初探——以板梁历史文化名村为例

在名村保护规划体系还不完善的背景下，本文借鉴名城保护的成熟经验，在板梁历史文化名村保护规划当中提出“三位一体”的名村保护体系。“三位一体”是国土、规划和文物三个管理部门专项规划的集合体，也是村域保护、村庄保护和文物保护单位保护从宏观、中观到微观的“点线面”相结合的集合体。
