| 摘 要： | 汉口租界对武汉城市结构发展和城市空间形态演进具有不可磨灭的影响。本文以武汉市近现代城市规划活动为时间轴线,通过城市空间形态理论的分析方法,从土地利用、街道模式以及地块模式等三方面对汉口原租界片区城市空间形态进行探讨,探索其空间形态发展的现状、特征以及对未来租界片区可持续化发展提出若干策略。

| Abstract: | Concession of Hankou has an indelible impact on morphological evolution of Wuhan city development and urban spatial structure. This paper, from the time axis of Wuhan modern urban planning activities, uses theoretical analysis of urban spatial form method, the original tripartite face： land use, street patterns and plot patterns, to explore patterns of urban space of Hankou Concession area and its space form of development status, characteristics, and raise a number of strategies for sustainable development of the future concession area. |
