| 摘 要： | 根据国家相关的法律法规条文，对非煤矿山实际的安全生产基本条件进行了调查和评价。非煤矿山井下安全生产必须构筑地压监测网，控制地压活动；严格按照规程要求，保证每个矿井及每个生产中段都必须有2个能行人的通达地表的出口；建立通风安全防尘的专职队伍，强化通风管理等。

| Abstract: | In accordance with the related state laws and regulations, investigation and assessment of the real basic conditions of safe production at non coal mines were made.To ensure the safety of underground production of non coal mines, it is necessary to establish a monitoring net of ground pressure and control its activity; to strictly meet the requirements of the regulation, and ensure there to be two safety exits leading to the surface in every middle production level in every underground mine; and to organize a professional contigent of ventilation, safety and dust prevention and strengthen the ventilation management etc. |
