| Abstract: | Based on the theory of business process reengineering(BPR), the enterprise business processes are analyzed.The analysis shows that the reconfiguration of production management system is the key for enhancing manufacturing agility. Then the activity information cell model of the enterprise is set up. The theory and method for rapid reconfiguration of production management system by using components technology are introduced. |
