酯化分离反式对乙酰氨基环己醇新工艺

摘    要:采用醋酸酐酯化重结晶分离法从对乙酰氨基环己醇顺反混合异构体中分离得到反式对乙酰氨基环己醇。实验结果表明,反应的较佳工艺条件为:n(对乙酰氨基环己醇):n(醋酸酐)=1:1.4,结晶温度10~15℃,重结晶溶剂为乙酸乙酯、甲苯、异丙醚或氯仿,可获较高的收率和纯度。

Abstract:Trans-4-acetamidocyclohexanol was separated from 4-acetamidocyclohexanol cis-trans mixed isomers by using acetic anhydride esterification and crystallization separation method. Results of the experiments indicate that the best condition of reaction was as follows: 4-acetamidocyclohexanol:acetic anhydride at 1:1.4, recrystallization temperature 10-15℃, recrystallization solvent was ethyl acetate, toluene, isopropyl ether or chloroform, a higher yield and good purity of the product can be achieved.
