摘    要:采用2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)、三甲基烯丙基氯化铵(MTAAC)和丙烯酰胺(AM)共聚合成了一种抗温抗盐降滤失剂,考察了合成共聚物在淡水钻井液、盐水钻井液、饱和盐水钻井液、人工海水钻井液、含钙盐水钻井液及现场钻井液中的降滤失性能。结果表明,AMPS/MTAAC/AM共聚物具有良好的降滤失作用,抗高温抗盐,尤其抗高价离子污染能力强。

Abstract:A new filtrate reducer for drilling fluids was synthesized by copolymerization of 2 - acrylamido - 2 -methylpropanesulfonic acid (AMPS) , allyl trimethyl ammonium chloride (MTA AC) , and acrylamide( AM) . The mud performances of AMPS/MTAAC/AM copolymer was evaluated in laboratory. The experimental results showed that AMPS/MTAAC/AM copolymer had very good capacity of depressing filter loss, heat resistance, and salt tolerance.
