摘    要:介绍了脱水塔的开裂情况,通过采用光学显微镜、扫描电镜、能谱仪等设备对裂纹的形貌、腐蚀产物进行了分析,结果表明该设备产生裂纹的主要原因是应力腐蚀(碱脆),并提出一些有效的防治措施.

Abstract:The cracking occurred in dehydration tower was described in this article. By using optical microscope, scanning electron microscope and energy--depressive spectrum equipment, the shape of the cracks and the products of corrosion were analyzed. It was proved that the main cause of crack was stress corrosion. Then, some useful protecting methods were presented.
