| 摘 要： | 作为一种全新的通信方式，ＩＰ Ｐｈｏｎｅ得到大家的关注。本文论述了ＩＰ Ｐｈｏｎｅ的原理，论述了ＧＡＴＥ－ＷＡＹ的功能结构及语音编解码方案，最后对网络传输效率进行了分析，指出了ＩＰ Ｐｈｏｎｅ的应用前景。
