湖北海棠提取物的体外抗氧化活性研究

摘    要:目的:探讨湖北海棠提取物的体外抗氧化活性。方法:采用DPPH自由基、羟基自由基的反应体系,检测湖北海棠提取物的体外抗氧化活性。结果:湖北海棠乙醇总提取物消除DPPH自由基的EC50是0.20mg/mL;湖北海棠主要成分根皮苷消除DPPH自由基的EC50是0.75mg/mL,50%乙醇洗脱物消除DPPH自由基的EC50是0.38mg/mL,20%乙醇洗脱物消除DPPH自由基的EC50是1.2mg/mL,湖北海棠主要成分根皮苷、20%乙醇洗脱物、50%乙醇洗脱物、总提物都有抑制羟基自由基产生的能力。结论:湖北海棠具有清除DPPH自由基的作用,并抑制羟基自由基的产生。具有良好的抗氧化活性,根皮苷为主要活性成分之一。

Abstract:Objective: Discussion invitro Antioxidant Effects of extractive from Malus hupehensis(Pamp.) Rehd. Methods: Choosing DPPH free radical and hydroxyl free radical reaction system to determinate invitro Antioxidant Effects of extractive from Malus hupehensis. Results: Ethanol total extractive from Malus hupehensis, of which the EC50 of elimination of the DPPH free radical is 0.20 mg/mL, and major component of Phloridzin from Malus hupehensis is 0.75 mg/mL, Elution of 50% ethanol is 0.38 mg/mL, and Elution of 20% ethanol is 1.2 mg/mL. The major components from Malus hupehensis, Phloridzin, Elution of 20% ethanol, Elution of 50% ethanol, and ethanol total extractive have ability to inhibite the formation of hydroxyl free radical. Conclusion: Phloridzin from Malus hupehensis, as one of the predominant active ingredients, have satisfactory antioxidant activity. Furthermore, Malus hupehensis have a role to remove DPPH free radical and inhibite the formation of hydroxyl free radical.
