摘    要:建立了气相色谱法定量分析牙膏中甘油含量来鉴别牙膏种类的方法。以正十四烷作为内标,采用DB-FFAP毛细管柱分离样品,氢火焰离子化检测器(FID)测定牙膏中甘油的含量。线性方程为Y=0.3847C-0.0095,相关系数r=0.9996,线性范围为0.01~3.0 mg/mL,最低检测浓度为2.58μg/mL,平均回收率为96.2%,相对标准偏差1.29%。该方法具有操作简便,灵敏、准确、重现性好等特点,适用于公安基层办案工作的需要。

Abstract:A new method of identifying the toothpaste samples was established by determinating the content of glycerin in toothpaste samples by gzls chromatography. N-tetradecane was added in and GC analysis of the eluate, prior to GC analysis. The GC analysis was carried out by DB-FFAP capillary column and Flame ionization detector(FID). The linear equation is Y=0.3847C-0.0095, with r=0.9996; The linear range was 0.01-3.0 mg/mL and the limit of detection was 2.58 μg/mL, the average recoveries were 96.2 % and RSD=1.29 %. The method was simple, rapid and sensitive. A useful method for determining menthol in toothpaste samples was provided for chemical analysis.
