人力资源配置方式与企业经济效益之内在关联

摘    要:从人力资源的配置方式入手,分析人力资源配置方式对企业经济效益的影响:在影响企业经济效益的诸因素中,劳动的低效率是一个很重要的因素;而从系统论的观点来看,劳动力的数量和质量影响的是人力资源系统的总量,而人力资源的配置方式影响的是该系统的结构;有时,结构与总量同等重要甚至更为重要;人力资源配置方式不仅影响企业的产出,同时也影响企业的成本,从而影响企业的效益。

Abstract:The economic benefit of enterprises is influenced by many factors,among which low efficiency of labor is a very important one.From the point of view of systematic theory,the number and quality of manpower influence the total amount of the system of human resources,while the way to dispose human resources influences the structure of this system.Sometimes,its structure is equal to its total amount,even more important.The way to dispose human resources influences not only the production of enterprises but its cost,thus influences its benefit.
