酸性纤维素酶在棉织物表面抛光中的应用

摘    要:以酸性纤维素酶对棉织物的表面处理为例,对酸陛纤维素酶处理的最佳工艺条件及其影响因素进行了研究。结果表明,采用酸性纤维素酶处理,可以对棉织物进行减量加工即生物抛光,可在保证强力不受到严重损伤的情况下去除棉织物表面的毛羽,从而大大提高了棉织物的服用性能。

Abstract:Based on treated the surface of cotton fabrics with acid cellulose enzyme,The optimum treating technological conditions of cellulose enzyme and the influential factors were investigated.It appeared that the cotton fabrics treated with acid cellulose enzyme not only can be reduced the weights,o called living-polished finishing,but also release the facial top of cotton fabrics and improves wear performance.
