组合式钢管塔连接板组装的新方法

新型组合式钢管塔的推广与应用,在带来诸多好处的同时,其加工难度也对生产企业提出了挑战。笔者就组合式钢管塔生产过程的一个重要工序——主管与连接板的组装方法进行了探索与改进,提出一种新的定模组装方法,用以替代传统的手工组装,通过实际生产的检验,无论是在效率上,还是在质量上,都取得了令人满意的效果,为提高组合式钢管塔的生产效率,加速产品的推广与应用,起到了一定的作用。

Exploration on New Method for Assembly of Connection Plates of Combined Steel Tube Tower

With the application and popularization of newtype combined steel tube tower,several benefits has come out,while,the processing technique of production enterprise has also been challenged.The author explores the method for assembly of main tube and connection plate,which is an important process for production of combined steel tube tower;and puts forward a newmethod for mold assemblytoreplace the traditional manual assemblymethod.Based on production practices,the newmethod has obtained satisfactory effects both on efficiency and quality,which plays a positive role in increasing the production efficiency and in promoting the application and popularization of combined steel tube towers.
