| 摘 要： | 自动输送线是现代制造业及自动化工厂中一种不可或缺的搬运设备.探讨一种自制的多工位间歇进给的输送线的安全启停方法,即利用PLC与光电传感器实现对输送线的检测控制,以便对设备进行合理的启停控制,同时也可保护人员安全.试验结果表明:该系统安全、节能、高效.

| Abstract: | Automatic transmission line is one of the indispensable handling equipments in modern manufacturing and automatic factories.The safe start and stop method for a self-made multi-station intermittent feeding transmission line was discussed.PLC and photoelectric sensor were used to detect and control the transmission line and rational start/stop control was executed on the equipment.Meanwhile safety of personnel was protected.The test results show that the system is energy-saving,efficient and safe. |
