电力机车主极裂纹涡流检测系统的研制

摘    要:本文论述了电力机车主极裂纹检测的必要性,并从主极检测的特殊性出发,选用了透射式涡流检测法对其进行有效的检测,本文重点论述了研制出的一整套涡流检测系统的工作原理及其软硬件组成。实验表明,该检测系统能够对电力机车主极裂纹进行准确有效的检测,该检测系统界面友好、实用、有效。

Abstract:The necessity to detect the electrodes' crack of the electric power locomotive is discussed in this paper. According to the testing particularity of the electrodes, the crack is detected effectively through using send-receive eddy current testing method. Moreover, the principle of developing a complete eddy current testing system and its constitute of software and hardware are emphatically introduced. The experiment results show this testing system can detect the electrodes' crack of the electric power locomotive accurately and effectively, and its testing interface is friendly?practical and effective.
