注水井微弱酸在线酸化增注技术研究

摘    要:随着注水开发的深入,部分注水井注入压力升高,达不到地质配注要求。为提高区块注水效果,注水井降压增注有着十分重要的意义。但常规酸化、压裂等增注措施,停注、放喷泄压造成地层能量损失严重,为减少措施欠注,节约措施成本,提出了一种新型酸化降压增注思路—微弱酸在线酸化增注技术。针对胡尖山油田三叠系长2油藏压力高欠注井,通过室内试验研发了一套微弱酸酸化液体系、研制了一套微弱酸加药设备;完成了对元167-12注水井的现场试验,达到一定的降压增注效果,为后期该区块注水井降压增注提供了技术支持,初步配套形成了微弱酸在线酸化增注技术。

Abstract:With the in-depth development of part of water injection, injection pressure, reach the geological requirement of injection allocation. In order to improve block injection effect, water injection pressure injection increase is very important. But the conventional acidizing, fracturing and other stimulation, stop injection, spraying pressure caused by formation energy loss is severe, for reducing measures under injection, saving cost, put forward a kind of new acidizing depressurization and augmented injection ideas -weak acid acidizing technology online.In response to Hu Jianshan oilfield reservoir Chang 2 in high pressure injection wells in, through indoor experiment, developed a set of weak acid acidizing fluid system, developed a set of weak acid dosing device; completed the Yuan167-12 injection well testing, to achieve certain depressurization and augmented injection effect, for the latter part of the block injection pressure injection increase provides technical support, initially supporting the formation of weak acid acidizing technology online.
