采用新药剂提高铜铅锌浮选指标试验

为了提高新疆某铜铅锌多金属矿铜铅锌浮选指标，通过浮选试验研究采用了新型药剂酯-8、B6，浮选闭路试验获得了铜品位为22.61%、铜回收率为50.19%的铜精矿，铅品位为52.57%、铅回收率为81.24%的铅精矿，锌品位为55.46%、锌回收率为91.40%的锌精矿，指标良好，比现有生产药剂方案指标铜、铅、锌回收率分别提高了4.63、1.77和1.34个百分点。

Experiments on Improvement of Cu-Pb-Zn Flotation Index with New Pharmacy

In order to improve the copper, lead and zinc flotation index of Xinjiang Cu-Pb-Zn polymetallic ore, the flotation tests are made.With the use of new agent ester-8 and B6 in close-circuit tests, copper concentrate with Cu grade of 22.61% and recovery of 50.19%, lead concentrate with Pb grade of 52.57% and recovery of 81.24%, and zinc concentrate with Zn grade of 55.46% and recovery of 91.40% were obtained.Comparing with the current agents scheme, the copper, lead and zinc recoveries were increased by 4.63, 1.77 and 1.34% respectively with the new agent.
