摘    要:粉末冶金技术是降低钛及钛合金工件成本的有效途径,将促进未来钛粉市场向低成本、高品质方向发展。特别是3D打印市场的不断扩大,将推动高品质钛粉不断向前发展。鉴于钛粉产业发展潜力,通过对钛粉在国内的生产、销售、出口、进口等情况和钛粉在航天航空、石油化工、海洋工程和生物医疗等领域的应用情况以及粉末冶金对钛粉质量的要求等进行了分析和总结,认为未来钛粉在航空航天、海洋工程、生物医疗等领域的应用潜力巨大。钛粉将向低成本、高品质方向发展;钛粉末成型将向大型化、精密化、个性化发展。

Abstract:Powder metallurgy technology is an effective way to reduce the cost of titanium and titanium alloy. It will promote the future of titanium powder market. Especially, it can effectively improve the high quality of titanium powder in the expansion of the 3D printing market. Considered the titanium powder industry development potential, we summarize and analyze the production of titanium powder in the domestic, sales, exports, imports, the application situation of titanium powder in the field of aerospace, petrochemical, marine engineering and biomedical. In this paper, we think that the titanium powder have the huge application potential in aerospace, marine engineering, biological treatment. In the future, titanium powder will have the lower cost and higher quality. Titanium powder molding will have the larger size, more precision and individuation.
