摘    要:介绍一种上向深孔装填混装乳化炸药工艺技术及其产品装药爆破应用情况。对新研制的工艺技术进行匹配性验证和产品性能检测。结果表明,该工艺技术结合地下矿用乳化炸药现场混装车,实现垂直上向40 m深孔耦合装药不掉药,装药过程参数合理,制备的产品各项性能指标均达到国家及行业要求,在爆破应用中取得良好效果。

Abstract:This article introduce the mixed emulsion explosive technology of the deep up-hole loading andits product application. The fit validation and product performance testing of this new technology indicated: combined with the underground mine emulsion explosive charging truck, the coupling charging of 40 metres deep up-hole do not drop down, and the parameters of the loading process is reasonable, the performance indicator of the product meet the requirements of the state and industry regulations. the product application in the blasting achieve good effects in blasting .
