冷带轧机厚度控制系统的智能优化控制

摘    要:针对冷带轧机AGC控制系统中存在的时变非线性和时滞以及传统PID控制参数不易调整的问题,提出将智能模糊自适应PID控制器用于厚度控制回路的优化控制方案.在原有PID控制器的基础上融合了模糊推理的功能,通过模糊推理控制器在线实时调整PID控制器的参数,以满足PID参数时变的要求.仿真试验结果表明,采用智能模糊自适应PID的控制系统调节时间短,超调量小,动静态性能优越,控制效果优于传统PID控制.
