快捷堵漏剂的研制及应用

摘    要:桥塞堵漏技术以其安全、经济和操作工艺简单而备受好评,并被现场普遍使用。但因地层漏缝开口尺寸无法准确掌握,只能凭现场有限的资料分析和经验制订堵漏方案,经常出现一堵就止漏和一循环又复漏的问题,造成人力、物力、财力的巨大损失,探索新的堵漏方法已十分必要。从分析研究桥塞堵漏技术的机理和缺陷入手,研制了一种商品名为HHH的高失水堵漏剂。并在室内评价了该堵漏技术对不同开口尺寸的漏缝的堵漏效果,将该技术应用于处理剑门1井的喷漏同层抢险和LG10井的恶性井漏,堵漏施工中均取得良好效果。现场应用结果表明,该堵漏技术具有如下特点:堵漏剂固相含量高(浓度30%~40%),粒径小(微米级)。因此,容易进入各种形状的致漏裂缝空间,对大、中、小漏均适宜; 堵漏剂短时间全失水,滤饼致密、承压高及酸溶率高;堵漏剂密度在1.15~2.40 g/cm3范围内可调,可泵性及悬浮稳定性均良好;采用清水配制,使用简单,施工时间短;堵漏成功率高、复漏率低。

Abstract:Plugging by bridge plugs is popular and widely used in fields due to its safe, economic, and simple operation features. However the size of the loss fracture is hard to know, the plugging program is usually determined by the limited field data and experience. So it is a common phenomenon in field that the lost circulation recurs again after circulation resumed which costs a lot of human resources, materials and money. It is necessary to find a new plugging method. Based on analysis of the mechanism and disadvantages of bridge plug technology, a high filtration plugging additive called HHH is developed. Experimental evaluation of this additive is conducted as regards loss fractures with different opening sizes. And it has been successfully used to plug a formation with both lost circulation and blow on  the well JM 1 and used to plug serious lost circulation on the well Longgang 10. The results show  that this plugging additive has features of high solids content and fine grains(in μm), easy to enter loss fractures with different shapes and suitable for use in big, medium and small lost circulations. It can also realize complete filtration in short time and can form tight filter cake with high compressive strength and high acid solubility. Its density can be regulated within 1.15 - 2.40 g/cm3, with high suspension stability and good pumpability. It is prepared by fresh water which makes operation simple and time saving. To conclude, the application of this additive leads to high success ratio of plugging, unlikely to have recurrence of lost circulations.
