使用非接触能量传输驱动IGBT的研究

摘    要:介绍了使用非接触能量传输和无线信号传输来驱动IGBT的新型驱动方式;着重对用于能量传输的双磁芯高隔离变压器进行设计和制作;结合逆变电路进行测试,分析了主要的影响参数,并对单路和多路传输进行了试验。结果表明,该变压器绝缘电压等级高,制作简单,具有较大的应用价值。

Abstract:Gate driving of IGBT by contactless power transmission and wireless signal transmission was introduced.The modeling,design and making of the double galvanic insulation transformer were showed.It was tested with the converter circuit both single output and multiply ones.A high insulation degree is achieved with this topology,while it enables to re-duce the wiring of the converter.
