华能巢湖电厂翻车机卸煤系统输出及煤场布置设计

摘    要:在华能巢湖电厂600 MW工程运煤系统方案设计中,本着安全可靠、简单实用、节省投资的原则,对运煤系统进行了优化设计。在翻车机卸煤系统输出设计过程中,通过对垂直输出方案和平行输出方案进行技术经济性分析,推荐巢湖工程采用平行输出方案;在贮煤系统设计过程中,通过对几种不同方案进行对比,并结合初设方案审查意见,推荐采用本期建设2 座煤场,下期延长2 座煤场方案。

Abstract:According to principles of safe and reliability,simplicity and practical,investment saving in 600 MW coal handling system scheme design in Huaneng Chaohu Power Plant,an optimized design is used for the coal handling system.In the process of dumper coal unloading system output design a technical and economical analysis was executed for both vertical and parallel output schemes,and the later scheme is recommended for the project.During coal storage installation and arrangement design several different schemes are compared,and 2 coal storage yards are recommended for the present phase and another 2 yards will be extended for the next phase in combination with the primary design scheme check.
