无油压缩机固体润滑滑动轴承的实验研究

摘    要:对无油润压缩机滑动轴承进行了固体润滑处理,将优化组合的复合自润滑材料,镶嵌于滑块或压缩机的滑块内孔,并在实验台架上进行了磨损实验,选取了一种磨损性能较好自润滑材料,实验结果表明,本文设计固体润同承基本适合工程应用。

Abstract:In the paper, the technology of solid lubrication is used in journal bearing of unlubricated compressor. The sliders of the scotch yoke compressor are composed with composite self - lubricating materials whose contents are optimized. The wear experiments are carried out in the lab rig and a kind of material is elected. According to the results of experiments, the self -lubricating journal bearing is fit in the engineering application very well.
