摘    要:介绍了Slon立环脉动高梯度磁选机的研制进展、主要特点及其应用案例。SLon磁选机在辽宁宝国铁矿用于分选磁铁矿、赤铁矿和菱铁矿的混合矿, 成功实现了0~3 mm脉石提前抛尾, 减少后续磨矿费用30%, 全流程选矿回收率提高约9个百分点; SLon磁选机在重钢西昌矿业有限公司用于分选钛铁矿, 钛铁矿回收率从10%左右提高到50%。应用实践表明, SLon磁选机能显著提高选矿效率和降低选矿成本。

Abstract:Research development, main characteristics and application cases of SLon vertical ring and pulsating high-gradient magnetic separator (HGMS) were introduced. In Baoguo Iron Mine of Liaoning Province, SLon HGMS has been applied to process a mixed ore of magnetite, hematite and siderite. With this apparatus, a pre-discarding of gangue sized 0~3 mm has been attained, leading to the grinding cost reduced by 30% and the full flowsheet recovery increased by around 9 percentage point. It also has been used to reclaim ilmenite in Xichang Mining Co Ltd of Chongqing Iron Steel (Group) Co Ltd, resulting in the recovery of TiO2 increased from around 10% to 50%. Such application practices show that, SLon HGMS can significantly increase processing efficiency and reduce operation cost.
