尼日利亚某锰矿石工艺矿物学研究

摘    要:通过X射线衍射、镜下鉴定、扫描电镜、矿物参数自动分析仪、化学成分分析等测试技术对尼日利亚某条纹状锰矿石和块状锰矿石进行了工艺矿物学研究。研究表明, 两类矿石总体上均属低磷中铁中品位的氧化锰-硅酸锰混合矿石, 相对而言块状锰矿石锰品位较低, 两种矿样矿物组成基本相同, 含量存在一定差异。对影响矿石选别的主要因素进行了分析, 可为选矿提供理论依据。

Abstract:Process mineralogy characteristics of stripe and lump manganese ores from Nigeria were investigated based on characterization by X-ray diffraction, optical microscopy, scanning electronic microscopy, mineral liberation analysis and chemical analysis. It is shown that both kinds of ores are middle-grade mixed ore of manganese oxide and manganese silicate, with low content of phosphorous and middle content of iron. And the Mn grade of the lump manganese ore is comparatively lower. Mineral compositions of both ores are basically the same, although there is some difference in the contents. Possible factors influencing mineral separation were discussed, which can provide theoretical basis for beneficiation practice.
