云南某铁尾矿铁综合回收

摘    要:云南某铁尾矿含铁17.11%,可选铁主要以磁铁矿的形式存在,其次是赤、褐铁矿,细度为-0.074 mm 42.51%,采用弱磁、强磁抛尾,抛尾粗精矿再磨至-0.074 mm 91%后经弱磁—摇床分选,可得到产率为11.48%,品位为59.51%,回收率为39.58%的铁精矿,可实现铁的综合回收利用。

Abstract:Yunnan iron tailings with the grade of 17.11%,the optional iron mainly in the form of magnetite, followed by hematite, limonite, fineness is -0.074mm 42.51%, iron ore concentrate product with the yield of 11.48%, the grade of 58.65% and the recovery rate of 39.35% can be obtained by using the process of low-intensity magnetic and high-intensity magnetic tailing, re-grinding, low-intensity magnetic and shaking table gravity separation, to achieve the recovery of iron.
