锚注技术在塘子凹坑巷道加固堵水中的应用

锚注技术能够有效提高和改善巷道围岩力学性能、控制围岩变形,在井下岩体加固、堵水方面有着广泛的应用。云锡集团近年来随着开采深度的增加,在松散、风化花岗岩岩体中掘进时常遇到片帮、冒顶,掘进后底臌、变形现象严重,特别是在水体作用下,上述问题更加突出,掘进效率非常低下。针对上述问题,通过方案设计、锚杆封堵材料研制、现场工业试验等工作,成功将锚注技术应用到云锡井下巷道加固堵水中,堵水效率达到100%。

APPLICATION OF BOLTING AND GROUTING TECHNOLOGY IN REINFORCEMENT AND WATER BLOCKING OF TANGZIAO MINE

Bolt grouting technology can effectively improve the mechanical properties of roadway surrounding rock and control the deformation of surrounding rock, and has a wide range of applications in underground rock reinforcement and water blocking. Yunnan Tin Group in recent years, with the increase of mining depth, the loose, weathered granite rock excavation often encountered spalling and roof fall, after the excavation, the floor heave deformation phenomenon is serious, especially in the water under the action of the above problem is more prominent, the driving efficiency is very low. In view of the above problems, through the design of the scheme, the development of anchor block material and the field industrial test, the bolt grouting technique has been successfully applied to the reinforcement and water blocking in the underground roadway of Yunnan tin mine. The water blocking efficiency has reached 100%.
