DRI钛渣制备高钛渣新工艺研究

摘    要:传统高炉工艺流程处理钒钛磁铁矿,钛资源回收率低。针对气基竖炉还原—电炉熔分的非高炉冶炼工艺得到熔分钛渣,开展DRI钛渣提质生产高钛渣的方案探索和尝试,成功开发了HCl加压浸出—碱浸工艺和NaOH/Na_2CO_3活化焙烧—浸出分离工艺,均可获得满足氯化钛白要求的高钛渣。

Abstract:The traditional blast furnace process is used to treat vanadium titanium magnetite, but has low recovery rate of titanium. In view of the molten titanium slag obtained from gas based shaft furnace reduction process which is non blast furnace smelting process of electric furnace smelting separation, the exploration and trial of producing high titanium slag from DRI titanium slag was carried out. Two processes of HCl pressure leaching -alkali leaching process and NaOH/Na2CO3 activated roasting leaching separation process were successfully developed, and the high titanium slag was obtained to meet the requirements of titanium chloride.
